Ages 3–7. Content and difficulty adapt per skill category to your child’s level — so a strong reader might breeze through Letters while building Numbers skill, and the app tracks each independently.
The first story kingdom (Level 1), the whole Letters learning module, daily challenges, dress-up with a starter wardrobe, and the Memory Match mini-game are completely free — no credit card required. A subscription unlocks all available kingdoms (12 today, with a new one roughly every month), Numbers and every other learning module, all mini-games, the shop, and the full parent dashboard.
$4.99/month or $29.99/year (Save 50%). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime from the parent dashboard.
12 immersive story kingdoms today. We ship a new one roughly every month — we’re targeting 31 across four seasons by next year. Your subscription unlocks every new kingdom automatically; there are no extra purchases, ever.
Your child’s privacy comes first, and we’re built to follow COPPA’s rules for kids’ apps. All progress is stored locally on your device by default. Saving to the cloud is optional and requires parental consent. We never sell data, never show ads, and never use your child’s data to train AI. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Yes. No ads, no in-app purchases visible to kids, no upsell prompts, no social features, and no user-generated content. The only money-related screen lives in the parent dashboard, behind a PIN.
Most of it, yes. Once your child has opened a level, it’s cached on their device and plays offline — great for road trips and flights. Voice narration and Save to the Cloud need internet, but core gameplay does not.
Phones held sideways, tablets, and computers. Lucy’s world plays sideways like a storybook stage, so on a phone, turn it to landscape — a tablet or computer gives little fingers more room, but a phone works too. It runs in any modern browser with no download or app store needed, and on tablets you can install it to the home screen as an app (PWA). With a free account and cloud saving turned on, progress follows your child to any device. Multi-child profiles are coming later this year; for now each account supports one child.
Cancel anytime from the parent dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. It’s one click — no phone calls, no retention scripts. You keep access until the end of your billing period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Yes — every learning module was reviewed topic-by-topic against the published research on how young children learn to read, count, and think (the National Reading Panel, early-math learning trajectories, CASEL, and the kindergarten Common Core sequences, among others). We publish the source list, organized by topic, on our Research page. We say "research-aligned," not "research-proven" — the app itself hasn’t been clinically studied, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Skills start in focused learning modules (counting, letters, shapes, colors, sight words, and more), each with an interactive lesson and practice that earns bronze, silver, and gold mastery. Those same skills then get applied inside the story kingdoms, where every creature’s puzzle uses what your child learned. The PIN-protected parent dashboard shows accuracy by category, progress over time, and recommendations.
