Refund Policy

Free Content

Lucy's Dresshouse offers a free tier that includes the first story level, the Letters learning module, dress-up with a starter wardrobe, Memory Match, and daily challenges. No payment is required to access free content.

7-Day Free Trial

First-time monthly and annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends (through Parent Settings → Subscription), no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge — that is, the first payment taken after your 7-day free trial ends. (If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged, so no refund is needed.) To request a refund:

1. Email us at hello@lucysdresshouse.com with your account email and the reason for your request
2. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days
3. The refund will be returned to your original payment method

After the 7-Day Window

After the 7-day refund window, refunds are provided at our discretion. We may offer a prorated refund or credit for the remaining subscription period in cases such as:

• Technical issues that prevent use of the App
• Accidental or unauthorized purchases
• Duplicate charges

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Parent Settings → Subscription. After cancellation:

• You retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew
• Your game progress and data are preserved
• You can resubscribe at any time

App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by the respective store according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for those refund requests.
